Haken/ Studio Recordings [pt.1]

This is the first part of a video documentary that follows ‘Nikos Erinakis und die Haken’ and their beautiful, wild music on their winter studio recordings in Athens, GR. The film is subtitled in english and includes extracts from poems of Erinakis’ own collection of poetry (“Soon everything will be burning and will lit up your eyes”, Roes, 2009) and Georg Trakl’s collection of translated poems by Erinakis (“Dark love of a wild generation”, Gavriilidis, 2011). The music is originally performed live by Haken and recorded by Nikos Triantafyllou at Sonic Playground Studio. Part 2 is coming soon!
