Julie’s new exhibition “Your Fly is Open” opens this Saturday, the 25th of May, at Stedelijk Museum s-Hertogenbosch and it’s going to be pretty rad. We also have a film trilogy there, projected upon 3 peripheral walls, which is super exciting too!
Here’s some more info- and I will be posting more on this soon. Thank you Julie! And thank you Hannah, Gisele, Matty, Michelle and Serena.
SHOWstudio has published the uncut footage of the Velvet shoot for Roger Dubuis, featuring Daphne Guinness. As I had posted in the blog earlier this winter, I had done the editing of the fashion film that showcases the process and in order to prepare that one, I had also polished this one. It’s 9 hours long and I guess it applies more to the demand of dedicated photographers and creatives alike, but I find it really interesting to see the whole shoot revealed. Sometimes it can be pure magic.
SHOWstudio just launched ‘Velvet‘, a stunning series of images that celebrates Swiss watchmaker Roger Dubuis, featuring Daphne Guinness. Check out the editorial gallery by Nick Knight as well as the process film that Marie Schuller and I edited for the project earlier this year. It’s pretty amazing and I am very happy to see it going public with such a comprehensive presentation.

Tomorrow we will be releasing the film documentary of Nikos Erinakis und die Haken, that hopes to stand as a visual poem on the wild world that they create through music and words. It is called “Dark love of a Wild Generation” and it is almost an hour long- the longest film I ‘ve created yet.
Meanwhile, above you can see the first part that we had published earlier this year- a short one that follows them on their preparations of their studio recordings in Athens, GR. I hope you enjoy it -more tomorrow.
This is a video I edited for Roger Dubuis and SHOWstudio, showcasing the process of the creation of the house’s latest campaign by Nick Knight. Film direction by Nick Knight, featuring Daphne Guinness. Fashion direction by Alexander Fury and Daphne Guinness.

I am very happy to feature here our recent collaboration with Julie Verhoeven for Chloe ! Our video, which celebrates the roundness of “O” , features Goodbye Leopold and is now online on Chloe’s official microsite, as part of Chloe’s ongoing Alphabet project. Celebrating 60 years of elegance, it goes hand in hand with Chloe Attitudes exhibition at Palais de Tokyo, which opened on the 29th of September and will run up until the 18th of November.
‘Two Sandwiches Short of a Lunchbox’ is my recent collaboration with the oh-so wonderful Julie Verhoeven for Melissa ! Julie designed Melissa’s new collection of shoes and she also exhibits her work in their Soho store in NYC. Together we made a video where the masks , which are Julie’s handcrafted creations as the main element of the concept , come to life with the contribution of Rosemary Hudson and Hannah Kates-Morgan. The video is now on exhibition at the store too, playing in a huge wall as you enter! If you can’t go there, you can watch it featured in the CLM website here or have a look at some snaps from the installation and opening through Julie’s blog too.
I’ve recently collaborated with Alice Hawkins for her video submission on Love magazine’s 30 Days of Summer project. She’s such a girl and this video was such a pleasure for me to edit- have a look here !
